VP Finance m/v | € 100k + bonus + company car | Langen Group

Locatie: Wijchen

REMUNERATION 

  • Fixed gross salary approximately € 100.000,00 (incl. holiday allowance)
  • Bonus opportunity up to 20% and company car
  • Pension scheme and 25 holidays

  • Financial business partner to the Managing Director of Langen Group, the CFO of Molins PLC and operational management
  • Position within the Management Team of Langen Group 

POSITION 

  • End responsible role for all Finance and IT matters for the Langen Group, providing financial and strategic leadership and drive culture of financial accountability in the Group
  • Support the MD in driving profitable growth and business development and act as his right hand and replacement
  • Lead the strategic and financial planning process in the business and ensure appropriate controls are in place
  • Create operational excellence within the finance organisation; takes the finance organisation to the next level
  • Provide comprehensive financial support, guidance and analysis to senior management, including evaluation of proposed capital expenditures, product development and new business ventures
  • Review Group and individual business performance against forecast, budget and plan
  • Ensure IT infrastructure and systems are aligned to support the business strategy
  • Co-ordinate with Molins on governance, finance and IT issues
  • Work closely with Sales and the Molins legal team to ensure contractual agreements, in the interests of the Group/Molins
  • Manage three teams of financial professionals (15 fte) 

PROFILE

  • Master degree in Finance, (Business) Economics or Accounting, preferably combined with a post-master RA, RC or MBA education
  • Total of ten to fifteen years of experience with increasing responsibilities, gained in an international organisation
  • Proven track record in a similar role within an engineering, production, industrial and/or project-based environment
  • Concrete working knowledge of IFRS, Dutch- and/or UK-GAAP requirements is mandatory
  • Natural born leader; energetic, decisive and convincing people manager (impact)
  • Senior presentation and solid discussion partner for all business levels
  • Flexible personality concerning ambitious deadlines and international travelling across continents
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and cultural awareness
